On October 10th this year, AWPD performed at the annual St Matthews Fete held in QEII Square in the middle of Albury. We were lucky enough to have some members of the public send us the following footage and photos:
Once again AWPD forged it’s path up into the higher country of Victoria to perform at the annual Myrtleford Festival. What a great day, well organised and the band enjoyed themselves immensely. Here are some of our images from the day which included a static performance and then we led the street march.
Traditionally ANZAC day is a very big day for Albury Wodonga Pipes and Drums. This year was no different. Band members assist with other bands, and so AWPD members played not only in Albury and Wodonga, but also Howlong, Leeton, Wagga, Tumbarumba and Batlow to name but a few places.
